EQUI-CLASS – BLOCK A 2023
Schedule = Feb 1st – Mar 29th – Wednesdays 4.30pm-6pm (9 sessions in total).
Availability = 10 children.
Suitability = This activity is available to all ages and riding ability. However, it is designed for individuals who really want to improve their understanding of horses and riding.
Venue = Sessions will be classroom based, though we will use the horses for some practical demonstrations. Our new classroom is in one of our cottages, complete with log burning stove and projector screen, enabling learning in a comfortable space with a wide range of resources. The meeting point is the yard. Children will still need to be dressed for the outdoors in case of practical
sessions.
Activity = These sessions will cover a range of topics including horse physiology and psychology, stable management, classical riding theory and horsemanship techniques. All sessions will be tutored by Cara & Nikki. Please note there will be no riding during any of these sessions.
Price = £200. This activity is priced at £25 per week but only bookable as the full block of sessions paid in advance. There is a total of 9 weeks, but we offer 1 session for free. No refunds are available for cancelled sessions. This activity will run every week and is not weather dependent.
